Technician Return Path Test
Use this page to check on your closed activities to validate whether or not they have provided a Return Path yet.
NOTE: This process has only been tested for Internet Explorer 8. It will likely not work with other versions of IE, nor other non-IE web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.
UPDATE: In order for IE9 to work properly, it is recommended to add the link shown in Step 1 as a trusted site, set security to LOW for trusted sites, and run the browser in compatability mode


Step 1: Log in to the Siebel wireless tech portal via this link: https://wls.rio.directv.com/wireless

Step 2: After entering your login and password, click the "Go to wireless" link.

Step 3: Now click the "My Activities" link.

Step 4: Make sure you keep your web browser window from steps 1-3 OPEN ON THE "MY ACTIVITIES" PAGE. Now minimize that window.

Step 5: Enter the activity number in the box below and click "Create Link"

Step 6: Open a NEW web browser and copy and paste this link into that new web browser:



Step 7: You should now be looking at the summary of the closed activity. In the upper right hand corner, click on "Receiver List."

Step 8: Drill down to each receiver and look for "Last Callback." If it is blank, the IRD has not called back yet.
